Thoughts for today
Still at the same plateau weight as I've been for a week - 180 lb. But given this past weekend's eating was really unhealthy, I'll take it!

Breakfast
1 large Fuji apple. Fuji apples are great!
Lunch
Mineo's for a slice of pizza and a salad with vinegarette dressing. Both were excellent. Didn't eat the croutons. Glass of water.
Dinner
Cooked up some whole wheat spaghetti with a mix of Hunts and Paul Newman tomato sauce and a wheat pita toasted with Smart Balance spray, garlic powder, and chopped onion. 2-3 glasses of water.
Snacks
Cascadian Farms chocolate almond fiber bar. 10-12 Reduced Fat Triscuits with a slice of Reduced sodium Boar's Head ham. Skinny Cow vanilla ice cream cone.
