A Gain and A Gain

Thoughts for Today
I gained about between 0.5-1.0 lb over the weekend in Knoxville, which was expected. Unexpectedly though...I have a Napoleon Dynamite T-shirt I really like, but I hadn't even bothered trying to wear it for a long time, because it was one of those "gut-huggers" that I hate wearing cause of how it feels and looks. But this morning it fit nice and comfortably, so though I might have gained a pound I also gained a T-shirt. Good night y'all.

Exercise
Ran on Wii Fit and going to run some more, should end up around 10,000 pedometer steps. Getting sort of close to reaching level 2 on my Health Miles, which gets me $25.

Breakfast
Active Lifestyle Chocolate and Oats Bar.

Lunch
Thai Food, Red Curry Chicken, a dish I had never tried, and it was great! Also a spring roll, a small cup of soup, and about 2/3 the portion of steamed rice.

Dinner
One slice from our son's leftover pizza from last night and a bowl of homeade salad with Italian lettuce, red bell pepper, mushrooms, olives, grape tomatoes, a bit of feta, and balsamic vinegar.

Snacks
6-8 malted milkballs (Whoppers). Active Lifestyle Chocolate and Oats Bar. A 2 oz cup of Chocolate Fudge Brownie Weight Watchers ice cream.

  2. Yea!!! Glad you gained a shirt. I love it when that happens!! Dang, I've got A LOT in my closet I'm hoping to gain back :)

  3. Dude..I would have gained 10 lbs from the sodium. You'll come back down soon. And congrats on getting into that shirt!! I recently tried on an XL shirt that the gym gave me when I signed up and it actually fits. I nearly passed out from the shock!! This is the first time in probably 15 years that I can wear a shirt that doesn't have a # in front of the X. Feels good. :)
