Thoughts for today
The pounds are once again slowly dropping and I think the pedometer is partially to credit. Also, I was sufficiently inspired enough by a blogger friend of mine who did her daily workout even though she had all kinds of insanity going on that day to commit myself to doing 10,000 plus steps every day no matter what's going on. Have a good night y'all.
Closing in on 12,000+ steps on the pedometer. Ran 2 miles on the Wii Fit.
2 Fiber One apple bran muffins. Very good. 2 cups of black coffee.
Can of Bumble Bee chunk white albacore mixed with vinegar on a couple toasted Healthy Life 100 cal english muffins. Several glasses of water.
Wife found a couple lowfat recipes for Philly Cheesteak and zucchini fries (baked). Now I grew up with Italian deli's that had killer cheesesteak sandwiches and I likes my fries to be made with potatoes, so I didn't go in with high expectations. But it was really good! I could easily have eaten another cheesteak and not only do zucchini fries not suck, I actually went back for a few more. Several glasses of water.
A Java apple. A leftover apple bran muffin. 10-12 Reduced Fat Wheat Thins. A few spoonfuls of 1/2 the Fat moose tracks ice cream.
