A Pound Is a Pound

Thoughts for today
Well it took almost a week, but dropped 1 more pound, so that's good. I kind of miss the quicker pace that pounds were falling off when I first started, but I sure don't want those pounds back. So I guess I have to get used to a slower pace and start really stepping up the exercise. Hope y'all are having a good weekend.

Exercise
7600 steps on the pedometer.

Breakfast
Honeycrisp apple. 2 cups of black coffee.

Lunch
Greek food. Grilled chicken salad with a wheat pita and 1 small packet of Greek dressing. Excellent!

Dinner
2 bowls of Wheat Chex with skim milk. Sometimes I like breakfast for dinner.

Snacks
Small pack of natural almonds. Honeycrisp apple.

  1. Any good recommendations for a pedometer? Congrats on the 1 lbs. You are right. 1 lb. down is better than 1 lb. up!

  2. You're still going down, so that's good. Weight loss does tend to slow down for most people.

  3. Congrats on that pound!! Have you tried KFC's grilled chicken meal yet? It's a thigh and leg for 395 cals....if you ditch those 2 pieces and order a breast in it's place it brings it down to like 350 or 360 I think....if you skip the gravy on the potatoes, you can drop another 30 cals. :) Sean at The Daily Diary of a Winning Loser on my blogroll has it memorized, I just text him when I want KFC and get him to remind me, lol. :)
