Thoughts for today
Well it took almost a week, but dropped 1 more pound, so that's good. I kind of miss the quicker pace that pounds were falling off when I first started, but I sure don't want those pounds back. So I guess I have to get used to a slower pace and start really stepping up the exercise. Hope y'all are having a good weekend.
7600 steps on the pedometer.
Honeycrisp apple. 2 cups of black coffee.
Greek food. Grilled chicken salad with a wheat pita and 1 small packet of Greek dressing. Excellent!
2 bowls of Wheat Chex with skim milk. Sometimes I like breakfast for dinner.
Small pack of natural almonds. Honeycrisp apple.
