If nothing else, I have been getting my exercise once a day by walking up the many flights of stairs my floor of my office building. Also, have started parking pretty far away. Until I start back on the Wii Fit and other more regular exercise, this will have to do. And I'm hoping as the days pass, I'm a little less winded when I finally get up to my floor!
and that is more than many do. We have a 3 story office building and the folks I see using the elevator...shouldn't be....nuff said.
