My "Diet" includes pizza, ribs, fried chicken, and whatever else I want. My "plan" is simply this: Only Eat When Actually Hungry, and Stop Eating When Your Body Knows You Are Full

Treading Water
Last few weeks basically just been gaining and losing the same pound or two, I guess with it being the holidays this is sort of a victory. More soon.
If you didn't tread water, you'd be drowning. Considering that maintenance is much much harder than losing weight (or gaining for that matter), I'd consider it a victory.
