My "Diet" includes pizza, ribs, fried chicken, and whatever else I want. My "plan" is simply this: Only Eat When Actually Hungry, and Stop Eating When Your Body Knows You Are Full
If you didn't tread water, you'd be drowning. Considering that maintenance is much much harder than losing weight (or gaining for that matter), I'd consider it a victory.
