Jump Start

Haven't lost or gained any weight in last couple months. I'll admit that exercise habits haven't been great, but eating hasn't really been that bad other than when I went on vacation, and that was just temporary weight that came and went. So I'm looking for a jump start and the best and easiest idea I've heard so far has been from my wife - the good old 8 glasses of water a day.

Don't get me wrong, I love a nice glass of cold water. I just don't love 8 nice glasses of cold water. But I'm going to drink em' anyway and see what happens. Will update y'all soon when I find some time between bathroom trips.

  1. hey, great to see you writing again! all you need is one small change at a time!!! and you're SO close to goal, git er done!!!

  2. I had been looking for such kind of a clinic that can cater to me safe and fast weight loss. Actually I am very foodie and that’s why I keep on putting weight. But now I think I can manage to lose it by the CALMWM program. You can get free consultation for weight loss visit:

  3. Just do it! The glasses will get easier. Less toilet breaks, and you'll actualy start to prefer water. Drink decaf coffee cos that counts as water intake as well. I drink cups of warm water instead of coffee. A cup of warm water first thing in the morning kick starts your metabulism too :o)

  4. So glad you are back. Get a 1 L bottle and drink from it all day, you only have to fill it one more time to get in 8 glasses and honestly, it doesn't seem so much that way.
I know you can do it...and I know you'll come back!!!!

  5. The book The Blue Zones reports that men who drink 5 or 6 glasses of water a day have a 60 to 70 percent reduction in the risk of fatal heart attack. So you go!
