My "Diet" includes pizza, ribs, fried chicken, and whatever else I want. My "plan" is simply this: Only Eat When Actually Hungry, and Stop Eating When Your Body Knows You Are Full

I'm Tired, Very Short Post
C+ today. Eating was Ok, but no real exercise and not enough water. Too much salty food too.
Since I started the self-grading, my grades have been subpar, but the important thing is I'm thinking about this stuff again. It will come.
You can't improve what you don't measure....or something like that. My old boss used to say it all the time. You're on the right track again, that's a huge start. Thanks for your kind comments on my blog! It is so nice to have you back :)
You are right - thinking about it is the best bit. When i stop blogging for a while and then get back to it, i'm always surprised at how crappy my diet has gotten when i actualy thought it was going ok.
