Haven't lost or gained any weight in last couple months. I'll admit that exercise habits haven't been great, but eating hasn't really been that bad other than when I went on vacation, and that was just temporary weight that came and went. So I'm looking for a jump start and the best and easiest idea I've heard so far has been from my wife - the good old 8 glasses of water a day.
Don't get me wrong, I love a nice glass of cold water. I just don't love 8 nice glasses of cold water. But I'm going to drink em' anyway and see what happens. Will update y'all soon when I find some time between bathroom trips.
hey, great to see you writing again! all you need is one small change at a time!!! and you're SO close to goal, git er done!!!

Just do it! The glasses will get easier. Less toilet breaks, and you'll actualy start to prefer water. Drink decaf coffee cos that counts as water intake as well. I drink cups of warm water instead of coffee. A cup of warm water first thing in the morning kick starts your metabulism too :o)

So glad you are back. Get a 1 L bottle and drink from it all day, you only have to fill it one more time to get in 8 glasses and honestly, it doesn't seem so much that way.
ReplyDeleteI know you can do it...and I know you'll come back!!!!
The book The Blue Zones reports that men who drink 5 or 6 glasses of water a day have a 60 to 70 percent reduction in the risk of fatal heart attack. So you go!
