Thanks Blogger Friends!

Thoughts for today
Not much to enter today, mostly watched the football playoff games. But I am happy to report that I've dropped over 10 lbs since starting this on New Years Day. I've enjoyed the food I'm eating, and I haven't been going around hungry all the time. The tips, comments, and support I've been getting from blogger friends have made this a more fun process than times past and I think that y'all are part of the reason I've been doing well so far. So a big THANKS, and keep on bloggin!

Exercise
None. Gotta get back on this.

Breakfast
Bowl of Kashi GoLean Crunch.

Lunch
Baked boneless chicken breast (1) with Kentucky Kernel seasoned flour. Not quite as good as fried, but almost. Sides of corn, green beans, and salad with balsamic vinegar. Glass of water.


Dinner
Went to Captain D's and had seasoned grilled tilapia. Ate the whole portion of tilapia but only half the rice, Sides of baked potato with just a little sour cream/margarine and green beans. Diet Coke.

Snacks
Nestle Delicias Coconut bar. Pretty good for lowfat stuff.

  2. 10 lbs already?? Awesome! Do you have an official weigh day, was that today? I'll try to remember and check on those days. I get behind in my reading sometimes...just got caught up on the pizza and cookies, lol. Sounds like you're doing just fine, and yes, it definitely helps a lot more to keep that kind of stuff OUT OF THE HOUSE!! lol

  3. P.S. And you should pick up that Shred DVD at Walmart for $9. The moves are very basic but surprisingly effective. I've done it 2 days in a row and now I can't move this morning, lol. Good stuff!! :)

  4. Thanks Amelia! I'm happy with the loss too, but I'm at the point now where I usually hit my wall for several weeks on end. Hopefully not this time. But you'll be hearing about it either way!

    Thanks Tammy, I weigh every morning cause I just gotta know. I know, it's silly. Maybe I'll take a look at Shred someaday.

    Hey do you guys get emails or anything when I respond to stuff you post on my blog? Or do you just have to remember to go back on look?
