Thoughts for Today
Short post tonight, I'm think I'm still tired from daylight savings and messed up sleep schedule. Grading myself a C+ for today. Lunch and dinner pretty salty and all, but didn't snack much today and have had a decent amount of water, and also going for a walk.
Thanks everyone for all the support last night when I was starting to wander off the trail. Today was an improvement, tomorrow I'll do y'all proud!
Side note. Watching Zoolander while I write this and as stupid as it is and as many times as I've seen it, it still makes me laugh like crazy. Good night y'all.
Exercise
Going for a walk, should hit close to 10,000 steps.
Breakfast
Fiber One Oats and Chocolate bar. 2 cups of black coffee.
Lunch
J. Christopher's for Chicken Panini sandwich and roasted potatoes. Water.
Dinner
Leftovers from Macaroni grill, but much lesser portions than when we went the other night.
Snacks
Fiber One Oats and Chocolate bar.

I'm sorry I missed the post where you beat the crap out of yourself or I would have been there to offer some support...and to tell you to stop beating up my friend!!! You've been doing fantastic since you started and I'm very proud of you and your efforts. Don't get upset when you realize you're not superhuman...just human like the rest of us. I'm glad you had a better day today babe! :)
