200,000 steps

Thoughts for today Nothing much to report, been hanging around the same weight since the end of last month, but not long enough to call it a plateau yet. Hopefully, adding the pedometer thing to the mix every day will help get the pounds dropping again. I joined on of their online challenges where I have to take 200,000 steps over the course of a month, so if I can keep up the 7000 every day, I'll just make it to 200,000. 

Exercise
7600 steps including a quick walk around the neighborhood with my dog.

Breakfast
Active Lifestyle Oats and Chocolate fiber bar. 2 cups of black coffee.

Lunch
Asian food. Ginger chicken. Ate only half the spring roll and about 2/3 the steamed rice.

Dinner
Leftover spaghetti from last night with multi-grain pasta. Garlic bread on 100 calorie English Muffin with Parkay spray. Glass of water.

Snacks
Active Lifestyle Oats and Chocolate fiber bar. 3 frozen chocolate covered macadamia nuts.
